Currently, Ningbo Zhengcheng has over 400 employees, including 50-odd technical personnel, a 150 advanced trained workers, and 200 generalist workers, and 500 sets of different equipment. The powerful technical force of the company is exemplified by its proven ability in tooling development, but also the fairly advanced and complete equipment for stamping, metalworking, tube farming heat treatment, phosphate zinc system, powder coating system, shrink packing system, assembling, testing and so on, plus the ability in independent product development and machining process. In addition, the company is backed by research institutions for high quality of products, hence wining a fair reputation on domestic and overseas market. The products are exported to over 20 countries and regions, including the USA, Europe, South Africa, South America and Southeast Asia.

Due to planned upgrades of our facilities and equipment as a result of our continued
growth, the company started to building additional manufacturing facilities in 2006, and by now construction preparations have been completed. The new facility, with a land area of 42,000 square meters and a building area of 46,000 square meters, is conveniently located in Zhenhai Industrial Zone of Ningbo. It consists of two standard factory buildings, one dorm building and one administrative building. The two factory buildings, 156m by 80m each, occupy total 25,000 square meters in land area. Factory building A has two stories and a floor-to-ceiling height of 12.2m. On the first floor of this building are phosphate zinc line, powder coating line, shrink packing line, container loading line and 5 platforms for loading or unloading 5 containers at the same time. The second floor of the building serves as a storehouse. Factory building B, with a floor-to-ceiling height of 11m, accommodates the tube farming shop, cut to length shop, welding shop, metalworking shop and tooling shop, complete with 8 travelling cranes. The five-storied dorm building is opposite factory building A and contains dining hall, meeting room and employee dorms. The administrative building is opposite factory building B and is a feature building for general administration purpose.
